Data Governance & Telemetry Protocols • Last Updated: May 20, 2026
We prioritize data minimization and strict operational security. This policy outlines how your information is handled across our licensing engines and digital distribution frontends. By using our software, you acknowledge that we provide NO WARRANTY of absolute data security and that data processing may incur fees for manual requests.
1. Data Vector Ingestion Scopes
When you interact with our Next.js frontend, authenticate via Supabase, or purchase assets, our system ingests core operational data profiles. This includes your explicit corporate identification parameters, email routing destinations, machine hardware IDs for licensing node checks, and tokenized hardware addresses. We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver our software licensing and digital product services.
2. Payment Telemetry (Stripe Integrations)
All transactional credit card executions are processed directly through the secure Stripe infrastructure layer. Our FastAPI backend never absorbs, stores, or writes raw credit card numbers or security codes into our Supabase Postgres database. Stripe sends anonymized confirmation tokens and signature webhooks to our servers to verify successful purchases. We retain transaction history for legal, tax, and fraud prevention purposes as required by applicable law.
3. Cryptographic License Verification Tracking
To enforce active user boundaries and prevent unauthorized distribution, our system collects runtime telemetry. This tracking records your system's public IP address, license activation timestamps, and machine checksum hashes. This verification process isolates your product seats, prevents license cloning, and helps us detect potential security threats or abuse patterns.
4. Your Rights & Data Erasure Hooks
Under global privacy protocols (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks), you retain full rights to query, download, or permanently purge your profile records from our databases. To exercise these rights, please submit a verified request via our paid consultation channel (fees may apply for manual data processing requests). Note that requesting the permanent destruction of your core account rows will automatically invalidate active software licenses and instantly terminate digital course access privileges without refund.
5. Data Security & No Warranty of Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and encrypted storage for sensitive fields. HOWEVER, NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OR STORAGE IS 100% SECURE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE PROVIDE NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT YOUR DATA WILL BE ABSOLUTELY SECURE FROM BREACHES, INTERCEPTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own authentication credentials and for promptly notifying us of any suspected compromise.
6. Third-Party Services & Open Source Libraries
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database/authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and various open-source libraries. These third parties have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external services. You should review their policies independently. Open-source components are used 'as is' without any warranty regarding data handling or security.
7. Data Retention & Deletion Timeframes
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with software licensing services. After account termination or license expiration, we may retain certain data for legal compliance, fraud detection, tax auditing, or dispute resolution purposes for up to the maximum period permitted by applicable law (typically 3-7 years depending on jurisdiction). Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
8. No Liability for Data Breaches or Loss
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, DATA BREACHES, DATA CORRUPTION, OR LOSS OF INFORMATION, EVEN IF CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE. You assume all risks associated with providing your data to our 'as is' software platform. We strongly recommend that you do not store sensitive personal information (e.g., financial account numbers, health records, government IDs) within our systems beyond what is strictly required for licensing.
9. Children's Privacy & Age Restrictions
Our software and digital products are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal data without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
10. International Data Transfers
Our infrastructure may process and store your data in servers located in multiple countries. By using our software, you consent to the transfer of your information across international borders, including to countries that may have different (and potentially less stringent) data protection laws than your jurisdiction. We will take reasonable steps to protect your data regardless of where it is processed, but we make no guarantees regarding cross-border data protection compliance.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have provided one) or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of our software after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
12. Contact & Data Subject Requests
To exercise your privacy rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction), please submit a request through our paid consultation booking system. While we strive to respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded requests. We may also require identity verification before processing your request. For urgent privacy matters, book a virtual meeting via our consultation portal.
📋 Need to Access, Delete, or Export Your Data?
Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy laws, you have rights to your personal data. To submit a verified data request (access, correction, deletion, or portability), please book a paid consultation session. Administrative fees may apply for excessive or complex requests.
Security & Liability Disclaimer:
While we implement reasonable security measures, NO SOFTWARE SYSTEM IS IMPENETRABLE. You use our "as is" platform at your own risk. We are not liable for data breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss. Do not store sensitive personal, financial, or health information beyond what is strictly required for licensing purposes.
