Terms of Use
Global Core Operational Governance Framework • Last Updated: May 20, 2026
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before initializing runtime executions, interacting with our Stripe payment gateway interfaces, or provisioning local instances of our proprietary licensing servers. By using our software or digital products, you acknowledge and agree to all terms below—including the absence of warranties and the paid-support model.
1. Scope of Agreement & Digital Provisions
By accessing this platform, deploying our licensing client libraries, or purchasing digital assets, software executables, or training courses, you enter a legally binding agreement with Base Tech Solution. If you do not accept these architectural constraints, you are strictly prohibited from generating keys or downloading runtime modules.
2. Software Licensing & Activation Boundaries
All software assets made available on this platform are licensed, not sold. Granted licenses are non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and conditionally revocable. Any attempt to bypass key validation, reverse-engineer compiler outputs, spoof telemetry heartbeats to your local FastAPI servers, or run unverified micro-instances violates this license and terminates your runtime privileges immediately.
3. Digital Products & Course Materials
Educational materials, course videos, downloadable architectural layouts, and programmatic assets are protected under global intellectual property schemas. Purchasing grants a single-user seat access layout. Standard technical monitoring tracks anomalous concurrent IP accesses; sharing authentication credentials or pulling raw streaming media down into unapproved external distribution channels will trigger automated infrastructure bans.
4. Subscription Billing & Stripe Webhook Actions
Certain software tiers and products run on recurring cycles. Payments are safely managed through Stripe. By opting into automated pricing configurations, you authorize our platform to bill your tokenized payment instruments. Failure to process a recurring charge forces our system webhooks to change your status to 'suspended', immediately changing your FastAPI license activation return calls to block unauthorized usage.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties — Open Source & Third-Party Libraries
This software product may incorporate open-source libraries, third-party code snippets, or community-contributed modules. SUCH COMPONENTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, accuracy, or reliability. You acknowledge that open-source dependencies are maintained by independent parties, and we assume no liability for bugs, vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues arising from their use. Any decision to deploy, modify, or redistribute these components is solely at your own risk.
6. 'As-Is' Software Provision — No Maintenance Guarantee
THE SOFTWARE, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, AND ALL ASSOCIATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE.' WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES REGARDING UPTIME, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, SECURITY, OR LONG-TERM MAINTENANCE. We do not guarantee ongoing software updates, bug fixes, security patches, or technical support unless explicitly stated in a separate paid maintenance agreement. You assume full responsibility for evaluating the suitability of our software for your specific use case, implementing your own backups, and conducting independent security audits before deployment in production environments.
7. Paid Consultation & Virtual Meeting Services
While we do not guarantee free maintenance or support, we offer paid consultation services and chargeable virtual meetings for customers seeking technical assistance, integration guidance, or troubleshooting. To request support: (a) Book a paid consultation session via our scheduled booking portal; (b) Participate in a virtual meeting with our technical team (fees apply per session or hourly rate as displayed at checkout); (c) Receive documented recommendations, code reviews, or debugging assistance based on the scope agreed. All consultation fees are non-refundable once the session is delivered. We reserve the right to decline consultation requests that fall outside our expertise or violate our operational policies.
8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Base Tech Solution, its affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of our software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the software, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. No Unpaid Support or Maintenance Obligations
This agreement explicitly excludes any obligation to provide free technical support, software updates, bug fixes, or security patches. Any maintenance performed by us is purely discretionary. To receive prioritized assistance, you must purchase a separate support package or pay for ad-hoc consultation services as described in Section 7. We do not guarantee response times for unsolicited support requests submitted outside of paid channels.
10. Brand Protection & Acceptable Use
You may not use our brand name, logos, trademarks, or trade dress without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You shall not engage in scraping, data mining, automated crawling, or any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our proprietary software (except where permitted by mandatory law) is a material breach of this agreement.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our principal office is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in a mutually agreed location or via remote participation. Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
📅 Need Help? Book a Paid Consultation
Our team offers chargeable virtual meetings and technical consultations. Sessions include debugging, integration walkthroughs, code reviews, and architectural advice.
⚠️ Corporate Governance Advisory Notice: All validation issues, platform arbitration mechanisms, or developer legal queries scale under the jurisdictional baseline codes of our primary operating registries.
