Once Stripe processes your checkout session data, confirms payment, and issues your access credentials or download links, the system marks the contract as fully executed. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issuedโ€”even if you never download, activate, or use the product.

For hardware accessories, printed course handbooks, physical developer tools, or any tangible items, returns are accepted ONLY under the following strict parameters:

Instead of disputing: Route your technical issues to our paid consultation booking portal. Our team will troubleshoot your problem for a reasonable fee. This is your sole remedy for product dissatisfaction.

๐Ÿ”„ Subscription Cancellations & Recurring Billing

For subscription-based software tiers or recurring billing products:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle
  • No refunds, prorated credits, or partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your current billing period
  • If you cancel but continue using the software beyond your paid period, you remain liable for charges
  • Subscription fees are non-transferable to other accounts or users

  • The consultant will use reasonable efforts to assist you, but no specific outcome is guaranteed
  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
  • Rescheduling is permitted once per session, subject to availability
